I am an Engineering Psychology and Engineering Managment student at Tufts University. As a  senior, I am eager to contribute my knowledge and skills into the world of user interface and user experience. The field of healthcare has recently sparked my interest and look forward to fabricating medical devices to save lives through an engineering lens.

Tufts University Sports Medicine

As a Medical Assistant for Tufts University Sports Medicine, I assist in medical preparation, patient documentation, and problem-solving while ensuring confidentiality and seamless communication between staff and patients. I play a key role in training and mentoring colleagues, fostering team efficiency, and maintaining high standards of patient care. This role has strengthened my ability to manage medical operations with precision and empathy, contributing to the well-being of student-athletes and the overall effectiveness of the sports medicine team.

Oncology Intern 

Hospital Clinico San Carlos

In my role as an Oncology Intern at Hospital Clinico San Carlos, I supported medical professionals in providing compassionate care to cancer patients, assisting with tasks ranging from consultation to post-treatment support. I collaborated with healthcare teams to address patient needs, offering assistance in both clinical and administrative capacities. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into patient-centered care and the operational dynamics of oncology departments, enhancing my ability to contribute effectively in high-stakes medical environments.

In the dynamic environment of the Tearney Laboratory within the Wellman Center for Photomedicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), I’m actively applying my skills and expertise to advance the production of Tran-Nasal Biopsy Brushes. Collaborating closely with a diverse team of dedicated individuals, our collective mission is to elevate these devices into fully endorsed clinical tools, integral to the biopsy process.
